Introduction

The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform first-party audits of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) against a company’s FSMS requirements based on ISO/FSSC 22000. During the course, delegates will learn how to audit a Food Safety Management System.

An exam is not applicable.

Course certification

Learners who actively participate during the entire program will be issued with a Certificate of Completion.

Course length

Pre-course work with eLearning: 3 – 6 hours.

We have two modalities available for this course:

  • Classroom training: two days – 9.00 to 17.00 hours
  • Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT): two days – 9.00 to 15.30 hours

Note: Participants of the classroom sessions will have less preparations and have more possibilities to practice during the course.
