LRQA has published its 2025 Annual Report and Sustainability Report, highlighting another year of strong business performance, continued investment in growth and capability and progress against sustainability ambitions.
The Annual Report, covering the year ended 31 December 2025, reflects a year of sustained momentum across the business. Revenue increased by 7% to £454 million, while adjusted operating profit rose by 19% to £73 million.
During the year, LRQA also achieved record orderbook performance, expanded its global reach through strategic partnerships and acquisitions and continued investing in its people, technology and technical expertise, including the recruitment of 150 new auditors through its Global Auditor Academy.
Published alongside the Annual Report, LRQA's 2025 Sustainability Report outlines progress against the company's four sustainability priorities: Corporate Integrity, People Experience, Enhanced Livelihoods and Climate Action, under its Our Planet, Our Plan framework.
The report highlights a year of continued progress across the business, including maintaining a zero Lost Time Injury Rate, launching LRQA's Carbon Reduction Framework and Social Value Strategy and receiving industry recognition for both workplace culture and sustainability consultancy. During the reporting period, LRQA also achieved a Silver EcoVadis rating, building on this success by securing Gold in 2026.
The Sustainability Report also demonstrates how LRQA is helping clients address some of the world's most pressing challenges, from supporting renewable energy projects to strengthening worker grievance and engagement programmes across complex global supply chains.
Niall McCallum, Chief Financial Officer for LRQA, said:
"These reports tell the story of a business that continues to evolve alongside our clients. As organisations face increasingly complex risks, our role is not only to provide assurance, but to help them anticipate change, build resilience and create lasting value. The progress we've made this year reflects the strength of our people, our strategy and our commitment to delivering meaningful impact for our clients and society."
Together, the reports provide a comprehensive overview of LRQA's performance, strategy and long-term priorities, demonstrating how the business continues to help organisations navigate an evolving risk landscape while building a more sustainable future.
