Process Audits based on VDA 6.3:2016 incl. maturity model.

You are responsible for carrying out internal process audits or supplier process audits according to VDA 6.3?

VDA Volume 6.3: 2016 requires of internal and supplier auditors to be able to prove that they have attended a VDA 6.3 training course and have passed successfully a learning assessment. This is exactly what our training offers you.

VDA 6.3: 2016 also refers to the VDA maturity model (VDA - RGA).

This volume focusses on:

• the analysis of the processes in the supply chain, in the product development and in the manufacturing process
• the derivation of appropriate measures for process optimisation and risk minimisation.

The process can be applied in the entire manufacturing industry. There are special requirements for suppliers to the automotive industry:

• If you are certified according to IATF 16949, you have to carry out process audits and you can use VDA 6.3 as a basis.
• If you deliver to German automotive manufacturers, your process audits should be based on VDA 6.3 and your auditors must be able to prove that they are qualified.

You will receive an evaluation matrix in file form with the VDA 6.3 questionnaires.

At the end of the training you can take a written exam on a voluntary basis (required by the VDA).

The training is aimed at employees and managers who are responsible for carrying out internal or external process audits.

• Knowledge of quality management and experience in the manufacturing industry are required.
• Basic knowledge of process management, the content of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or AS / EN 9100 as well as internal auditor qualifications are helpful.
