Following approval by the Foundation Food Safety System Certification (FSSC), LRQA has launched three training courses to provide food companies with in-depth knowledge and easy-to-apply, practical information on FSSC 22000 V5.
Food companies across the supply chain can now access FSSC version 5 approved training courses from leading certification and assurance business, LRQA.
A Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognised Scheme, FSSC 22000 V5 certification helps businesses integrate their food safety management system with other management systems. It also ensures continuous improvement through the inclusion of the new ISO 22000 standard. Verified by FSSC – a reputable body with a global footprint – 22000 v5 gives customers the confidence they need to work with you as well as providing brand protection for your business.
Certification for FSSC 22000 V5 confirms that the organisation’s food safety management system is in conformance with the Scheme requirements and that the organisation is able to maintain compliance. The Scheme is widely accepted by Accreditation Bodies worldwide and supported by important stakeholders like FoodDrinkEurope (FDE) and the American Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA).
Courses on offer from LRQA include:
- Introduction to Food Safety Management Systems based on ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000 version 5
- Internal Auditor FSSC 22000 V5 based on ISO 22000:2018
- Food Safety Management System Lead Auditor FSSC 22000 V5 based on ISO 22000:2018
In addition, LRQA's ‘Food Safety Management System Lead Auditor FSSC 22000 V5 based on ISO 22000:2018’ course has been recognised by FSSC and registered by both The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA).
