The BRCGS awards recognise individuals and organisations who are committed to developing the BRCGS certification scheme and the wider food safety industry in the EMEA markets. The winners were announced on the first day of this year's BRCGS Connect Europe event.
Pauline Shaw joined LRQA in September 2022, making the switch from the food, storage & distribution sector, bringing 10 years’ experience of internal and supplier audits. The award nomination highlighted Pauline's high customer satisfaction rating where she was praised for her audit preparation and technical knowledge, along with her approachable and effective interview technique.
Pauline was also an active member of the committee that developed Issue 4 of the BRCGS Storage and Distribution Global Standard. Her industry knowledge and experience enabled her to share suggestions to strengthen the requirements and ensure its rigour and relevance for businesses using the standard.
