Introduction
FSSC 22000 Version 7 was published on 1 May 2026, introducing important updates to the certification scheme. Organisations currently working with FSSC 22000 Version 6 should begin preparing for the transition and understand how the new requirements will affect their food safety management system.
Since the introduction of FSSC 22000 version 7 on May 1, companies need to start their upgrade process. This process must be finalized before April 30, 2027. After that date all FSSC 22000 audits must be done using the version 7 requirements.
This short workshop provides a practical overview of the Version 7 changes and gives participants the opportunity to apply their learning through exercises focused on ISO 22002.
