Training services terms and conditions.

Booking (Provisional bookings)

You can reserve places on any of our public events (subject to availability) by contacting our Training Advisors.  Provisional places are normally held for 10 working days.

Confirmed bookings

Bookings must be confirmed in writing to LRQA Training. Once we have received your booking confirmation a legally binding contract is formed and these terms and conditions shall apply. LRQA confirm events via e-mail notifications approximately 4 weeks prior to the start date. LRQA is not liable for any costs incurred, including but not limited to; travel or accommodation booked independently should LRQA cancel a course.

Fees and payment

The fee is payable before the event and on confirmation of booking.  The booking will remain provisional until a payment, purchase order or written confirmation to invoice is received. If your organisation has a special documented agreement with us regarding payment that arrangement will apply.  Your receipt will be sent in the post with a copy of your tax invoice. Late registrations will be considered subject to availability.

Cancelling your booking

After you confirm your training place, we frequently refuse other bookings for that place.  It is therefore our policy to make a full charge of the event fee if you withdraw for any reason during the 4 weeks or less prior to, and including, the start date. All cancellations are effective from the date of receipt of written notification.

Delegates Substitutions

Substitutions can be made at any time without incurring a penalty. Changes to any booking need to be made in writing.

Please note: We endeavor always to run events as scheduled. However, LRQA reserves the right to change the venue at any time and without prior notice from that published. Should you wish to cancel in this instance, all fees will be waived. LRQA reserves the right at its absolute discretion and without liability to cancel any advertised event due to circumstances which are reasonably beyond its control, and including because of insufficient confirmed delegates.
