At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Learn the audit techniques and skills of auditing based on ISO 37001: 2016 , legal & other requirements.
- Learn the arts how to prevent and reduce potential senstive or conflict in the audit approach and process
- Learn to focus those typical potential or more than low risks to prevent occurance or recurrance of violations.
- Understand the Audit cycle, roles & responsibilities
- Learn how to prepare audit checklists;
- Learn various audit approach, audit entry focus point and audit trail .
- How to report audit findings and audit conclusion
- How to follow up NCRs.
