What is it?
The Occupational Health and Safety Standard of South Africa requires an employer to provide and maintain a reasonable and practical work environment that is safe for employees, and to provide for the health safety of persons at work and in connection with the use of plant machinery.
The OHS stipulates that steam generators and pressure vessels must be inspected by a third party.
