Paul is the Managing Director of Business Assurance and Inspection Services at LRQA. Based in Birmingham, UK, Paul has over 30 years of leadership experience working for global professional services businesses. After graduating from Southampton University, Paul held a number of leadership roles in the assurance, IT services and telecoms sectors, including positions with SAI Global, Marconi, Ericsson and Damovo.
At LRQA, Paul sets the strategy for Business Assurance and Inspection Services, building and monitoring commercially-focused teams which deliver growth. He is passionate about the role LRQA plays in helping customers improve safety and increase the performance of critical infrastructures and supply chain operations worldwide. Above all, Paul is committed to ensuring the customer is central to everything LRQA does, from delivering excellent day-to-day service levels to the development of innovative online technology which provides an improved customer experience.
