ISO/FSSC 22000 Auditor/Lead Auditor

LEARN TO AUDIT AND LEAD AN AUDIT TEAM FOR ISO 22000 AND FSSC 22000

Introduction

Organisations of all types and size in the entire food supply chain are responsible for food safety. ISO 22000 is a globally recognised management system model that covers the whole food chain and caters for fruit growers, manufacturers of packaging, chilled food and equipment, cleaning chemical processors and retailers to name but a few. Using this international standard to develop and strengthen your approach to food safety management provides an effective and truly comprehensive basis for realising a robust food safety culture, enhanced communications within the business and with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders, and a systems-based approach to managing continual improvement.

This course is registered by CQI and IRCA. It draws on the experiences of specialist food safety auditors from LRQA who show how to interpret and address these requirements.

The course caters for individuals who wish to develop their auditing skills and techniques and enhance their knowledge of food safety management principles, ISO 22000,  the ISO 22002 series (ISO 22002 – 100 concerns prerequisites on food safety for the food, feed and packaging supply chain; ISO 22002-1 concerns prerequisites on food safety for food manufacturers) and the FSSC 22000 version 7 Scheme additional requirements.
