Biography
As LRQA’s QHSE Auditor Manager for North America, he manages the technical competencies of a team of more than 80 internal and contractor assessors, ensuring the consistent and high-quality delivery of management system assessments that support certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RC 14001, RCMS, IATF 16949 and AS9100 standards.
Bill is recognised for building and mentoring high-performing teams; fostering professional development; and driving organisational excellence. His expertise spans ISO-certified management systems, regulatory compliance and sustainability, with a focus on aligning EHS initiatives to corporate strategies that improve safety, efficiency and engagement.
He designs and implements tailored training programmes to enhance auditor competence in ISO standards and HSE compliance, delivering development opportunities for professionals at all levels of auditing experience.
