VDA 6.5 Product Audit.

The Verband der Automobilindustrie (Automobile Industry Association -VDA) is the publisher of the VDA 6.5 Product Audit.  The goal of the VDA6.5 is to provide assurance against liability claims arising from deficiencies in products and property. It also indicates the potential for continuous improvement. The VDA6.5 is intended to provide a common approach to a Product Audit for automotive production and service part organizations.

This seminar is for all functions involve in Product Audit and personnel in Inspection, Measuring and Test activities within organization and also Internal Auditor which need to understand topics regarding Product Audit.

• Product Audit is a new paradigm in the inspection platform. Is an examination of the link between the system inspection and product inspection.  This review provides information about the ability of the process to produce products and services.
• This course is specially designed for companies that are looking for a product inspection process. This course allows participants to understand the requirements for verifying the concepts and roles of internal auditors regarding VDA 6.5.

• Evaluation process and application process approach as specified in IATF 16949: 2019
• Planning (Planning), Transfer (Deploy), Examination (Conduct the Audit), Reporting to the meeting and continuous improvement (Top Management Review and Continuous Improvement)

The participant should have basic knowledge or experience with Product Audit.
