Empowering global workforces

Our work leads to enhanced livelihoods for workers in global value chains, and we create positive social value in the communities where our people live and work.

We believe supply chain due diligence deployed with integrity and based on data-driven insights, worker engagement, and human rights training leads to better outcomes for workers in global value chains.

Our 2030 goals

100% of supplier spend aligned to LRQA Responsible Sourcing Programme

As a provider of supply chain solutions, we will integrate and model best practices in our own responsible sourcing programme to uphold labour and human rights in our supply chains.

A year-on-year increase in the number of workers surveyed and covered by grievance mechanisms in our client engagements

Every year we survey thousands of workers globally on their working conditions. Every year we seek to increase the scope of people we impact through our due diligence work and ensure that their voices are heard.

Create £1 million in economic, social and environmental value globally through investing in our communities

We are committed to having a long-term impact in the communities where our people live and work. We will create meaningful programmes that enable LRQA and our people to positively contribute to stronger communities where individuals, families and organisations can thrive.

How we will achieve our goals

We engage client value chain workers directly through worker surveys to understand their working conditions and ensure their voices can be heard through grievance mechanisms.

We carry out responsible sourcing and due diligence in our own supply chain, modelling best practice leveraging our technology and tools such as EiQ and ERSA.

We strengthen human rights capacity building for clients, workers and stakeholders in global supply chains, and ensure that our training covers the main critical points to uphold human rights and labour rights for workers.

We carry out activities that generate economic, social and environmental value in the local community.
