This session on day three of Offshore Europe, is co-chaired by Vivien Broughton, LRQA Senergy and looks at the current challenges faced by the oil and gas industry in developing talent to meet future demands and a changing skills base. The session looks at how under represented demographic groups can be engaged early in their career and how competency development programmes can help organisations get the most out of its workforce.
