Introduction
Justin Dugas is the Regional Sales Director for the Americas at LRQA, bringing more than 12 years of experience across the organisation. Throughout his tenure, Justin has held a variety of leadership roles within LRQA’s Inspection Services business, building extensive expertise in operations, sales, client engagement and risk management.
Biography
Prior to his appointment as Regional Sales Director in 2025, Justin led both the Operations and Sales teams for LRQA’s Americas Inspection Services business unit. In his roles as Area Operations Manager (AOM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM), he worked closely with clients to assess quality, safety and operational risks, helping organisations strengthen internal processes, improve management systems and enhance supply chain performance.
As Regional Sales Director, Justin is responsible for driving growth across the Americas by developing strategic market opportunities, strengthening customer partnerships and leading high-performing commercial teams.
