He is in charge of managing LRQA's training services in South Asia, Australasia, India, Middle and Africa, with 21 years of management consulting, auditing and training experience.

Mr. Madi holds a  Mechanical Engineering degree from Jordan University of Science &Technology, a higher Diploma in Business Continuity Management from Bucks University in UK, and certified organisational resilience Manager from ICOR Institute in the United States.

Mr. Madi is an IRCA registered Auditor/trainer covering the QMS,EMS, OHS, and ENMS schemes, he is an EFQM excellence models assessor and the project director of the global star rating program for services excellence cycle 2019-2020.

 Mr. Madi has published researches that discuss the barriers of implementing Business Continuity, and deploying future foresight and scenario planning in building risk management schemes and organisational resilience.
