About the event
The Society for Food Hygiene & Technology (SOFHT) helps members to keep up with the latest trends across the food industry. This year’s summer lecture will be presented by Emily Miles, Chief Executive of the Food Standards Agency on the topic of food standards and regulation for uncertain times. This will be followed by a panel discussion with Terry Jones, Director General of the NFU, and other industry experts.
