As part of a global compliance and ethics programme and aligned with our Code of Ethics training, we will develop a Compliance and Ethics Declaration for all colleagues to sign affirming their commitment to our ethical standards.

Our Code of Ethics sits at the core of the Ethics and Compliance programme and sets out the ethical principles, supported by our Values and Behaviours, that guide us all to do the right thing every day.
How we will achieve our goals
We conduct risk assessments, and develop policies and procedures to identify specific company risks and ensure best practice in ethics and compliance at LRQA.
We deliver communication and training to ensure all colleagues are aware of our policies, standards and practices.
We monitor, investigate and enforce compliance to ensure incidences are reported, with documented remediation and disciplinary procedures.
