Introduction

This two-day management system workshop helps professionals link mission and vision to measurable performance objectives. Participants learn how to develop and translate mission / vision statements into strategic goals, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with ISO management system standards.
 
The general content of the workshop covers:

• The need for and importance of a policy statement, connected to the mission, vision and strategy of the organization.
• The development of a policy statement and the associated objectives.
• The need for and usefulness and importance of key performance indicators in a management system.
• The development of predictive, real-time and lagging key performance indicators in line with objectives, policy, strategy, vision and mission.
• The need for and development of an organizational dashboard based on developed key performance indicators
• Related ISO Standard requirements for policy, objectives and key performance indicators relating to quality, environment and safety.
