LRQA is pleased to announce that Nick Porter has joined the company as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective 9 September, bringing more than 25 years of distinguished experience in commercial and business leadership.
Reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer, Ian Spaulding, Nick will become a vital member of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), leading the commercial strategy for the next phase of LRQA’s growth. Nick will lead LRQA in deepening client relationships, expanding our services and refining our regional operating model to deliver consistent, high-impact value across all markets.
Nick joins LRQA from World Courier, a specialty pharmaceutical logistics company, where he most recently served as President/CEO. He has also held senior global leadership positions across sales, marketing and operations at TNT Express, Rentokil Initial, Yodel and Iron Mountain, as well as co-founding the Institute of Sales Professionals in 2014.
His cross-industry leadership experience means Nick is well placed to lead LRQA’s commercial efforts across services, geographies and sectors, driving both organic growth and strategic expansion whilst ensuring our clients continue to receive end-to-end service offerings tailored to their needs.

Under Nick’s leadership, the commercial function will be closely aligned with LRQA’s regional operating structure, giving clients faster response times, solutions adapted to local regulatory and cultural contexts, and access to new service innovations.
