Biography

Theresa brings extensive international experience in human rights due diligence, social impact, and sustainability governance. She supports companies in building effective human rights risk management systems and aligning with frameworks such as the   UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights 

Her career spans senior roles at leading organisations, where she has advised multinational businesses on regulatory developments including the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and the proposed EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). Alongside her regulatory expertise, Theresa is deeply committed to helping businesses understanding and mitigating their adverse impacts on people and planet while strengthening their resilience and long-term success.
