Biography
Antonio is based in Monterrey, Mexico and is responsible for project management and delivery of ESG consulting products with a focus on human rights due diligence and responsible sourcing. He oversees the implementation of human rights assessments, forced labour investigations, worker-centric grievance mechanisms, and development programs for global clients from various industries with operations in Latin America.
Prior to joining LRQA, Antonio worked for and with United Nations agencies, international affairs NGOs in Switzerland, and a business & human rights think tank in Mexico. His professional experience focuses on international human rights law, due diligence, responsible business conduct, international justice technical assistance, and data processing and management.
Qualifications
Antonio holds a master’s in international law from the Geneva Graduate Institute in Switzerland and a bachelor’s in international relations with a minor in political analysis from the University of Monterrey. He is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French.
