eLearning with the Adaptive Learning method.
Learn when and where it suits you. Our eLearning courses are designed to adjust to the needs of the learner. It is based on formative assessment which provides an opportunity for learners to demonstrate their knowledge and then focus on the areas they are lacking knowledge or confidence. Using a teaching-by- asking approach this cuts training time in half, improves proficiency and reduces worksplace errrors when compared to other teaching methods.
