Our voice on corporate sustainability and environmental strategy
James manages LRQA's environmental and sustainability activity and has nearly 10 years’ international experience in the sector. Key areas of expertise include implementing environmental management systems to ISO14001 standard, driving internal engagement on environmental issues, providing strategic vision and policy implementation to enhance sustainability performance, and external reporting of sustainability performance, plans and progress using globally recognised reporting frameworks, including the UN Global Compact and GRI.
Currently a Practitioner level IEMA member, he is working towards achieving Full and Chartered Environmentalist status by leading the development and deployment of LRQA's corporate sustainability and environmental strategy and systems, focussing on behaviour change programmes, and alignment of the corporate sustainability programme to global initiatives, such as the Sustainable Development Goals.
