This one-day course will provide delegates with a clear understanding of the protocols and requirements of the BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9. It is designed to equip delegates with the knowledge of what to expect and the skills needed before, during and after the audit.
Changes between BRCGS Issue 7, 8 and 9, which course do I need to follow?
This course replaces the old training course BRCGS Food Safety Issue 8 workshop, which was set up to give briefing on the core changes between the former Issues 7 and 8. Now with the new Issue 9 coming up this course here is the correct one to start with.

What do you need to prepare?
Delegates should download and read a copy of the new Global Food Safety Issue 9 Standard before attending, which will be released on the 1st of August 2022.
