Categories of Type Approval

LRQA offer various type approval from three different categories: LRQA Type Approval, UK Product or European Directives (PED, CPR, TPED, MD, MED) and Approval of Welding Consumables, Non-Metallic Materials and Coatings

LRQA holds a range of accreditations that enable the delivery of services to the chemical power, marine and offshore applications, in line with global and national schemes, codes, standards and regulations including ASME, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) and ISO 3834 (welding).
