He is motivated to help everyone take the next step in their personal development through training or coaching. His background is in food technology, quality management, procurement management and business administration. Aaldert has 18 years of work experience in the industry, mainly as a technologist and quality manager, and has been working at LRQA since 2005, first as a lead auditor and now as a specialist in HACCP and food safety management systems. He is enthusiastic about new forms of training, such as visual facilitation and interactive blended learning.
