- Audit Planning & Execution:
Develop an on-site audit plan with strong audit trails across processes and audit team members.Prepare process-based checklists for effective auditing.Gather objective evidence through observation, interviews, and document review.Audit processes for conformance, effectiveness, and objectives.-
- Auditor Skills & Responsibilities:
Recognize the roles and responsibilities of auditors and lead auditors.Evaluate evidence to identify conformities and non-conformities.Report findings accurately, including grading non-conformities and assessing corrective actions.Relate audit findings to organizational policy and objectives, and present evaluations to top management. -
What do you need to prepare?
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001 and experience of auditing
- Ideally to have attended our ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 14001:2015 or OHSAS Lead auditor course
- To understand the basics of how organisations work and the role of top management
