The new version of the ISO 50001 standard was published in August 2018. With this revision, ISO 50001:2018 now follows the common terminology and structure of Annex SL, the High Level Structure (HLS) common text for all ISO standards that have been launched or revised since 2015. New and revised standards now have the same ten section structure, which allows easy integration with your existing management systems such as ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment).
