The world leader in CREST accreditations
We are proud to be the only organization in the world with a full suite of CREST accreditations. (CREST – The Council of Registered Ethical Security Testers). Our team of consultants have achieved the highest accreditations for Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Incident Response services and Threat Intelligence. In addition, we were also the first organization to be CREST accredited for our Security Operation Centre services.

Auditor of the Year Award
2024 - Pauline Shaw
The BRCGS Auditor of the Year award for 2024 highlighted Pauline's high customer satisfaction rating where she was praised for her audit preparation and technical knowledge, along with her approachable and effective interview technique. Pauline was also an active member of the committee that developed Issue 4 of the BRCGS Storage and Distribution Global Standard. Her industry knowledge and experience enabled her to share suggestions to strengthen the requirements and ensure its rigour and relevance for businesses using the standard.

LRQA’s Senior Environmental Health Consultant, Ken Whatley, was named 2022 Auditor of the Year by The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT). The Best Auditor category recognises continued excellence in terms of knowledge, objectivity, and pragmatism in their audit skills, whilst ensuring conformance with recognised standards.
Ken has built a reputation for consistency and has achieved some of the best results for client satisfaction with LRQA.

Industry pioneers
We were the first organization awarded UKAS accreditation to deliver ISO 9001 (1987) and ISO 14001 (1996) certification. We are also the only organization in the world to achieve a full suite of CREST accreditations (2024).
Solution-based innovation
We provided the first independent verification of a CSR report (1995), and our team of ESG specialists launched EIQ, the world’s first end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform (2019).
A new approach to risk management
We established Assurance 4.0, driving a client-challenge-led approach to risk and opportunity (2024).
