Your questions answered.
Your questions answered about In-house Training at LRQA.
What is In-house Training?
A training program that can be delivered purely for your staff at a venue of your choice or at an external venue, booked by our experienced team of training co-ordinators.
The benefits include cost saving, learning customisation and the opportunity for follow-up training or assessment support services.
How do I book In-House Training?
Contact LRQA Training using our contact form or by calling us on 866 971 5772 to discuss the date and content of your training, and which trainer will be most appropriate to deliver it.
How much will In-house Training cost?
The price will be specific to each course as In-house training is tailored to fit your individual learning needs. We will issue you with a formal proposal, including a quotation once the content has been agreed.
How do I pay for In-house Training?
You can issue us with a purchase order, pay by credit card or debit card over the phone or settle the invoice by cheque or bank transfer. We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
How many delegates can be on each course?
It depends on your training needs and the course content. You might need to train just one of your key member staff or the whole team.
We don't have anywhere suitable onsite. Do we need to hold the training course at our offices?
Training can be held onsite, at a venue of your choice, or we can help you find a suitable local venue with our Venue Finding Service.
Overall a well presented course. Delivered by an experienced and knowledgeable tutor.
We need training on a standard or topic that doesn't feature in your scheduled course list. Does that mean it's not available?
Not at all. We offer a standard range of scheduled courses but our trainers have skills in a huge variety of different standards, aspects of management systems and business improvement, so always get in touch to discuss your needs.
What happens if we cancel our training?
Full terms and conditions, including cancellation options will be included within your proposal.
