Dariusz Antonczyk is an experienced business assurance and quality management professional with a proven track record of developing and delivering client-focused solutions across the UK, North America and South America.

Biography

As LRQA’s Training and Improvement Service Delivery Manager, he leads an international team of trainers, consultants and auditors who deliver customised and innovative programmes that help organisations meet and exceed market expectations in quality, environmental management, health and safety, sustainability and risk management.

Working closely with LRQA’s global leadership team, Dariusz ensures that clients receive tailored, high-impact solutions that drive continual improvement and long-term business resilience. His expertise spans ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, as well as lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Recognised for his collaborative leadership and forward-thinking approach, Dariusz integrates emerging technologies, such as AI-driven business development tools, into learning and assurance programmes to strengthen organisational performance and enhance client outcomes.
