We are pleased to announce that LRQA has once again been selected to take part in the PCI SSC Global Executive Assessor Roundtable (GEAR) for 2026 - 2028.
This is a significant opportunity to strengthen collaboration across the industry and contribute practical, real-world insights from security assessments to influence and inform the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) and wider organisations.
GEAR serves as a direct channel between senior leadership of payment security assessors and PCI SSC leadership, enabling participants to share industry perspectives, discuss challenges and contribute to the ongoing development of payment security standards.
Paul Cheung, Managing Principal Information Security Consultant, will represent LRQA at GEAR and commented on the announcement, saying:
