Biography
Chris Koci enjoys taking a vision and making it a reality through sound strategy development and coherent plans. He has a passion to drive continuous improvement and intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organisation. He is a leader who inspires his team to push beyond their boundaries and improve business performance. Chris’s approach embodies LRQA's values of caring, sharing and doing the right thing – exemplifying what can be achieved through inclusive, solution-driven leadership.
Based in the UK, Chris Koci is the Business Director of LRQA’s (LRQA) global certification stream. Drawing from over 20 years of leadership experience, Chris is responsible for overseeing the continued commercial development of LRQA's certification business. Chris relocated to the UK following four successful years as President of LRQA Americas – where he transformed the business improving profits, employee engagement and customer experience.
As an experienced leader Chris has held several leadership roles in the assurance and government services sectors as well as the military, with an extensive background in logistics, project management, operations and global strategy. He holds an MBA from Rice University, BBA from American Intercontinental University and a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University – Chris is passionate about finding solutions to the most complex operational issues – ensuring the customer remains at the heart of everything that LRQA does.
