The Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials Issue 5 was the first packaging Standard in the world to be recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI). This has made it the chosen Standard for over 4,400 suppliers in over 80 countries to demonstrate good manufacturing practices and a robust quality management system.
