Sita Bhat
Senior GRC Consultant - Privasec
Sita is an experienced GRC and security consultant, working in both the public and private spheres. Sita is driven by understanding governance and technology and contributing to the overall cyber security maturity of a business. As one of Privasec’s Senior Cyber Security Consultants, Sita’s career goals have often intersected with her passion for solving complex problems in information security. Sita has studied Cyber Security and has a Masters in Policing, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism from Macquarie University, as well as two Undergraduate degrees from the University of Canberra; her education has set the basis for her commitment to Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Ben Crowther
Head of Strategic Risk - Marsh
Ben has over 15 years’ experience working with large corporations and Government agencies in a variety of management roles in risk management, corporate strategy, research and communications. Ben is responsible for leading the Strategic Risk Practice within Marsh Risk Consulting. This team is made up of subject matter experts in a range of fields including Enterprise Risk Management, Insurable Risk Analysis, Business Continuity Management, Emergency Management and Work, Health & Safety. Ben also consults in the areas of risk management project design and supply-chain, cyber and geo-political risks in an insurance context.

Michael is a Compliance Manager at Vocus with experience in environmental management, sustainability, quality and information security. Michael has significant experience in implementing ISO Management systems in Engineering, Technology and Telecommunications industries. Michael is passionate about solving real world technology problems and simplifying processes that deliver value to stakeholders and the entire organization. Michael currently leads a team at Vocus and is responsible for ensuring that the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications are appropriately implemented and maintained

Brendan is the National Business Development Manager at LRQA with 6 years’ experience in helping provide clients with guidance on setting up and certifying business management systems. As a part of this role he has worked with clients of all shapes and sizes to connect them with appropriate information resources, training, consultants and specialists to ensure ongoing success in their chosen certification field. Brendan’s primary focus is helping businesses be set up for success, assisting organisations to achieve their internal and external goals utilizing the knowledge base and network from LRQA and ANZ marketplace
