Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority achieves ISO 20000 certification from LRQA for ICT Service Management

Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), the regulatory body for Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), the integrated free zone technology park, has recently received the ISO 20000:2011. The certification is awarded to organizations for meeting the requirements in establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving its ICT service management system and adopting effective management methods throughout the high-tech park.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, received the ISO certification from LRQA in the presence of Dr Mohammed Alzarooni, Vice Chairman and CEO of DSOA, alongside a number of senior DSOA officials.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed said: “The ISO certification is an addition to DSOA’s record of achievements since 2004.
