LRQA issues first Statement Of Implementation for ISO 26000 guidance on social responsibility

LRQA NEUR have issued the first LRQA Statement Of Implementation for ISO 26000 Guidance on social responsibility to Delfin VASK A/S, Copenhagen, Denmark. LRQA Sweden won the contract with existing client Delfin so that the company could demonstrate management of social responsibility within its laundry service business and therefore strengthen bidding for key contract tenders. Delfin already have existing certification with LRQA but needed to demonstrate transparent social responsibility management. Although ISO 26000 is not certifiable, LRQA provided independent assurance that the core principles were being applied within the organisation.
