LRQA’s Gap Analysis assessment examines and reports on your management systems’ readiness for transition. It focuses on how your management system has addressed, or plans to address, the changes introduced through the publication in ISO 9001:2015.
During the visit, through a series of questions, our assessor will determine your understanding of the new requirements and their implications on your management system and hence your organisation’s readiness to complete the transition successfully.
Based upon the findings, your assessor will advise whether your organisation is ready for assessment or indicate areas requiring further attention.
In line with accreditation requirements, please note that any new standard transition services (including gap analysis and training) are in addition to the existing contracted assessment duration visit.
