LRQA Complaints and Appeals process
If you have a complaint about any part of the service that has been delivered by LRQA or about one of our approved companies then we would like to know about it. These complaints may be handled in one of the following ways.
Client complaint with LRQA
If you are an LRQA client and have found some concerns with any part of the service you have received from LRQA, then please follow the complaints procedure as explained in the PDF document below.

Complaint about a LRQA assessed company
If your complaint is with a company who is an LRQA client then you must first contact the company in question and follow their complaints procedure.
If you have done this already and are not happy with the response from our client, then please contact us and detail your concerns.
Your enquiry will be dealt with by the approprite LRQA Country office who deals with the client. This office will contact you to acknowledge your concern and advise you of the actions that they will be taking.
